Career Opportunities in Prottasha 

The Prottasha Foundation, in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), is seeking dynamic individuals for different position to work in different areas of Cox’s Bazar.

Prottasha Foundation
Prottasha Foundation is a volunteer-based, non-governmental, and non-profit organization, founded in 2018 that works across Bangladesh to empower underprivileged and marginalized communities. Committed to fostering social change and resilience, Prottasha engages in a wide range of community based initiatives aimed at alleviating poverty, reducing inequality, and strengthening social integration.
With a focus on youth-led development, Prottasha Foundation has implemented impactful programs in areas such as:
Non formal education and vocational training.
Gender based violence prevention.
Emergency relief and shelter support.
Capacity building and gender equality initiatives.
The foundation emphasizes social cohesion and capacity building, working to create sustainable, inclusive, and effective solutions for communities in need.

Project Description
This position is part of a two*month livelihood support initiative implemented under the guidance of IOM. The project aims to support host communities in Cox’s Bazar by strengthening economic resilience through systematic monitoring, income tracking, and community engagement.

Project Objectives
Strengthen livelihoods and promote economic resilience for host communities in Cox’s Bazar.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of livelihood programs to ensure sustainability and scalability.
Facilitate community engagement to support self-reliance and socio-economic stability.

Job Location
Various areas in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh.

Project Duration

2 months (1st February 2025 to 31st March 2025).
